The Japan Securities Dealers Association (JSDA) and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) co-hosted the 12th Japan Securities Summit at the Japan Society in New York on March 1, 2023.

The Japan Securities Summit has been held since 2008 in major financial centers around the world, including London (2008, 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019), Hong Kong (2009), Singapore (2010), and New York (2011, 2014, 2016 and 2018).

At the 12th Japan Securities Summit, Ms. Tomoko Amaya (Vice Minister for International Affairs, Japan's Financial Services Agency), Mr. Hiromi Yamaji (President & CEO, Tokyo Stock Exchange), and other high-level delegates from Japan and the United States gathered in New York City to share insights and provide:
