The Government of Japan and related parties are advancing its initiatives to establish Japan as an international financial center and promote Japan as a leading asset management center. As part of these efforts, the Japan Weeks were held in the fall of 2023 and 2024. During Japan Weeks, various events were held with the participation of overseas investors and asset management companies. In order to strengthen communication with overseas investors, a third round of Japan Weeks will be held in the fall of 2025. Its core week is from October 20 to October 24, and a variety of events will be held including the weeks before and after that.

JSDA plans to co-host the "Annual Conference of the Principles" with the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) on November 6, 2025. This conference will focus on the formulation and revision of principles such as the Green Bond Principles, as well as discussions on these principles and the sustainable finance market. Additionally, on October 22, we plan to co-host an event with the Financial Services Agency and others, titled as "Asia Day," inviting financial authorities from Asia and global asset management professionals to promote investment in Asia.
