In April 2014, the Study Group on the Promotion of Financial and Economic Education (with the Japan Securities Dealers Association as the secretariat) published a report titled "Report on Comprehensive Survey of Financial and Economic Education in Japan’s Junior High and High Schools". The report is based on the survey conducted by the Study Group to gain an understanding of, among other points of interest, the state of financial and economic education in Japan's junior high and high schools as well as the awareness of education professionals.
