本協会では、2019年12月26日に開催された関税・外国為替等審議会 外国為替等分科会において、外国為替及び外国貿易法の改正法（2019年11月22日に成立）に係る市場関係者からの懸念の声を書面でとりまとめのうえ提出いたしました。
JSDA’s Comments on the Amendment to the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act
On December 26, 2019, the Ministry of Finance held a meeting of the Sub-council on Foreign Exchange and Other Transactions. At the meeting, the JSDA submitted its comments on the Amendment to the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (enacted on November 22, 2019) reflecting the points of concern regarding this amendment that were raised by market participants.
