Can an agent on behalf of the applicant (qualification holders) apply for the disclosures?
Yes, however, ㏌ case the application is not submitted by qualification holders by themselves, the consent from the holders and following additional documents are required.
  • A letter granting power of attorney from the applicant (signed by the applicant)
  • Identification documents to confirm the identity of the agent
  • An official document corroborating the applicant’s signature in a letter granting power of attorney above
    *If you need a paper response, an envelope with the recipient’s name and address are required to submit (Only tracking mail is acceptable.).
